		<description>I've seem some articles on the Internet that the boomer job crisis may not be as bad as predicted.

Some boomers are delaying retirement because of the downturn in the economy. Others plan to work full time or part time beyond their retirement date. Some are doing so because they want to. Others are having financial problems. About one third of baby boomers, 25 million, have virtually nothing saved for retirement and face a shaky retirement, according to a recent AARP study.
